Below are the quick answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Do you offer self drive service? No. All our vehicles are chauffeur driven.
Is the rate for 24 hours service? No, day rental starts from 7am and ends at 7pm. Any extra hour after 7pm attracts the sum of ₦1000 per hour to be paid directly to the chauffeur.
Is the rate all fuel inclusive? No, the client is responsible for fuel after the first half tank.
Is the rate inclusive of vehicle travelling out of rental state? our rates on the website are for within state rentals only, out of state attracts additional costs. Out of State rentals attracts extra charges, depending on the location.
When and how do we make payment? Payment has to be confirmed before the rental commences. Direct payment into any of our designated bank using any of bank channels or online platform only.
What is your cancellation policy? A fee of 70% of the rental is charged in a case of cancelled reservation without prior notice 72 hours before reservation while 50% is charge if reservation was made 24 hours before NO-SHOW FEE).
