POSITION: Financial Accountant
DATE OF POSTING: 27/01/2025 –
Direct Report Line – Financial Controller
– Forecast, manage and report on cash flow positions regarding operating Investing and financing activities
– Accept and monitor requisitions, process, and ensure prompt payment
– Shall ensure timely review, payment and posting of payrolls
– Shall keep adequate and up to date schedules (Obligations & payments) of staff advances, pensions and PAYE and such other charges/inflow related to staff benefits.
– Oversea prompt processing and disbursement of approved float for departments and Branches
– Keep adequate record of Financial commitments (both in cheques and written) and ensure there fulfillment, notifying the management where necessary.
– Ensure vouchers raised are duly checked, authorized and approved before disbursement
– Ensure all banking relationships are intact (Online, corporate, documentations, negotiations e. t. c).
– Shall oversea relationship and payments of creditors and ensure value for money
– Report weekly on his/her function activities
– Perform other functions that may be referred to you from time to time by the Financial Controller
– Provide support to other job functions of the unit
QUALIFICATION: BSC/HND ACCOUNTING
CERTIFICATION: ACA
EXPERIENCE: 4 TO 5 YEARS

Requirements
- Minimum of Secondary school education is preferred
- Must be medically fit and preferably aged between 25 and 35 years
- Good communication skill will be an added advantage.
- Leaving around VI/Lekki/Ajah&Ojodu-Berger will be an added advantage
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Should have minimum of two (3) years work experience as a professional driver.
- Must be a matured, respectful and honest person.
Responsibilities
- To ensure cleanliness of assigned vehicle at all times.
- To ensure that assigned vehicle is in good working condition at all times.
- To drive carefully at all times to ensure safety of passengers, other road users and assigned vehicle.
- To carry out periodic checks on assigned vehicle to determine maintenance needs and report same timely.
